A: I NEVER use second person, so first/third person. Mostly first. Q4: Do you have a favourite author? If so, who? A: Probably Josh Silver or Andy Weir (they wrote my two favourite books, so...) Q5: Do you want to be a writer when you're older? A: Yeah, I think it'd be an awesome job! Q6: Do you have any advice for writers? If so, what is it? A: Always, and I mean ALWAYS check your spelling and grammar to see if you've made any mistakes. I'm a certified grammar cop. Q7: When it comes to writing, are you a perfectionist? A: Er, not really, but sometimes if it's a book I'm really trying to work hard on, then I guess so? Q8: Have you shared a story on scratch before? A: I wrote one for Scratch but then gave up. Q9: What's your favourite plot structure? (7 point plot structure, hero's journey plot structure, etc) A: I usually write three-act plot structure. I like it. Q10: What's your inspiration? A: Definitely the books I read. Most of my grammar and spelling skills became better was either because I'm autistic, or because I read Max Brooks' Minecraft novels over and over again. Q11: Do you like making graphic novels/comics? A: Sometimes. I'm better at writing with only words, though. Q12: Poetry, or story writing? A: STORY WRITING. POETRY SUCKS. Q13: Fiction or non-fiction? A: Fiction. I get bored with non-fiction. Q14: What's your favourite book/series? A: The HappyHead series by Josh Silver. Q15: Do you believe in writers block? A: Yes. I get distracted by looking at memes on Google instead of writing =0 Q16: What about reader's block? A: I've never heard of that before, so... Q17: Do you like putting references in your stories? (references to other books, a movie, songs, etc) A: Oh yes. Oh fricking yes. I wrote a Minecraft story and I'm currently writing a story about OneRepublic. Q18: Do you like writing chapter books? A: It's how I write, so yeah. Q19: Realistic fiction or unrealistic fiction? A: It varies. Mostly realistic. Q20: Have you ever written a character based on someone in real life? A: Yeah. The OneRepublic members. Q21: Do you give MBTI personality types to your characters? A: Errr... sometimes? Q22: Writing in a notebook or writing on google docs? A: Google Docs. Typing is sooo much easier for me. Q23: What do you think is the best thing for someone to do when they get writers block? A: Read someone else's book to get ideas. Q24: When did you realize you wanted to be a writer? A: When I read more books. Q25: Do you have a lot of OCs? A: A few. they're not on scratch, though. Q26: Do you have a lot of stories you are writing? A: 100%. I have like three at the moment. Q27: What's the most difficult part of planning a story? A: The characters' names and the whole plot of it. Q28: Do you do journaling? A: No. Q29: Do you write in one specific way/theme, or lots of different ways/themes? e.g. fantasy, third person, non-fiction, first person, second person, fiction, etc A: I try to be a bit different, but I can't stop writing in the past tense ^^ Q30: Do you find it hard to write the first chapter/ prologue? A: Sometimes. Q31: Have you drawn your characters before? A: Yeah. Q32: Have you roleplayed with your characters before? A: YUP. THIS IS ONE OF MY MAIN SOURCES OF JOY. Nah, I'm just kidding. But it's fun :D Q33: Do you think you take way too long planning what to write instead of actually writing? A: Yeah... I usually come up with the greatest ideas when I'm trying to sleep, so that's great. Q34: What's your favourite part when editing? A: FORMATTING. Like making it grammatically correct and fixing any errors. Also adding things to the story itself.
Q35: What's your least favourite part when editing? A: I love editing, so nothing. Q36: How long have you been writing? A: About two years? Q37: Have you tried writing in a new way before? A: Yeah, it's hard though. Q38: What, in your opinion, is the most fun theme to write about? (not genre. A theme is like war, coming of age, good vs evil, family, etc) A: Coming of age or comedy for me. Q39: Have you written characters with sad backstories? A: Yes I certainly have. Q40: Have you ever written yourself in a story? A: No way! Q41: Do you usually unintentionally make a side character more interesting than a main character? A: Yeah. It bugs me. (things you personally find entertaining to read/write) A: I like doing long, descriptive paragraphs about the characters' backstories. Q45: Have you written romance before?
