It was both funny and sad to watch one of my most favorite and underrated youtubers crash and burn because they had a horrible video hit the market. Yes, I was a Pappo fan. Before he started to call everyone Terrible because they just so happened to enjoy asym chase games on the Terrible website known as Roblox. He actually introduced me to such amazing gems like Shipwrecked 64, that one series of fnaf VHS tapes that was REALLY creepy, and telling me why Femtenyal (not gonna spell that correctly) was everywhere in the music community. Pappo was a really cool dude, hell he even knew about DUNGEON DEFENDERS. Until... his Roblox era began. Pretty soon it wasn't "Niche horror", or "Niche Music", no no he was the ROBLOX SLOP GUY now. Like he literally called himself Roblox Slop Guy, like LOCK IN. He started covering a lot of Roblox stuff, I didn't mind as long as he returned to his roots! Then he posted... "WHY YOU SHOULD PLAY DANDY'S WORLD"... oh boy. And then, on a cold school morning, in my brothers car... he posted... "Roblox Asym - Terrible Games for Terrible People". The video was so negative. I left a comment expressing my opinion on it. Apparently it was his birthday that day. Then the rumbling happened. Pretty soon I saw youtubers from ALL ACROSS THE ASYM COMMUNITY COMING IN TO JUMP THIS MAN. It was bloodshed. Was the video bad? Yes. Were some of his points true? Yes. Some stuff I agreed with, especially the criticism for Slopsaken. But there was one thing that reallllly bothered me. How he treated other people. Apparently the title was... RAGEBAIT? Pappo dude... you're like better than that. He was also just ignoring criticism and replying with "City boi" or some snarky remark. And this is where I come in, and why I made this project because I have to come clean. I harassed him. Because he was being horrible towards these people, I belittled him and reminded him of what he said prior. It didn't affect him (at least I don't think), but I still feel like a really Terrible person for doing it. I still support him, he's making a video on the big Sloppy Playtime chapter. But the aftermath of that video. His views have crumbled, his comments are wastelands. He now barely reaches 1K in likes. I hope he fixes this, and I hope I can truly forgive myself for what I did.
