you can only add the most populous first level administrative division of each country. first level means regions, like the states of the usa are first level, meanwhile the counties are second level. id suggest you add an already existing take of a subdivision, im sincerely lazy to do all this. if there is not an existing take, create your own one! but do note, put credit inside, stealing is against the law, everyone hates it. even if there is nothing there, just put idk if you dont know. id suggest you to check the backdrops audio, i have some track takes.
