a parade was held at the first human world in FOTUQ. this world is dedicated to the production of more Rubicon forces, and as a better place to store agents. all rubicon soldiers are clones of one guy known only as the strike commander p.s. this planet is noxus III
and for anyone who doesn't know, the Rubicon soldiers are inspired by soldiers from REDCON, great game, do recommend, demo free on mobile, and PC
