my application: 1: Hello! i'm Kyren. i have been a member of this studio since the closing of GWDFI. (this is my new account. if you need to look back at accounts, my original one is @3xtr0vert3d-cycl0n3.) my age range is 13-15, and my timezone is EST! i enjoy art, and i take commissions regularly :) she/they pronouns!! <3 2: okay, i dont know if this counts or not, but it is certainly a time in my life where i have held leadership. i have run online plays (ex. hamilton, epic) as the manager. i have also managed smaller chatrooms, ones for my friends, and i have been a mod for 1 or 2 streamers. 3: i would like to be a manager for Different By Design because i believe i could bring ideas to the group and help sort out chaos, if so needed. 4: I personally believe that i have good skills in leadership and helping others. i also am quite organized, so if needed, i can get to things quickly. i have plenty of time to manage and i do not get stressed easily. i care for others and i take their emotions to consideration aswell as my own. i care for myself, too. (self love, guys!) 5: i do theatre, so during certain times of the year i may be less active than other times. (i have my show monday and tuesday! so around january-febuary each year) 6: maybe like.... game shows & trivia? that would be cool! there could be a separate studio, and at a time each day (or every other day) there could be a trivia question or 2, and the winner gets a shoutout, or maybe gets to choose the next trivia question? or i could draw them a little doodle :3 7: i am very avaliable! during the summer, 9/10 every day, and during school season 8/10. the weekends 9/10 (sundays i can usually be on all day.) so i would say 8.5/10 for my avaliaility! 8 (bonus): just a thank you to all the current moderators; you guys are amazing! and whoever wins, congrats! you deserve it! goodluck to everyone :3!!!!!
