This was my first idea but nothing was planned out at the time so i stuck with other stuff, quick explanation: this is a place where forgotten, hated, unfinished, and sometimes normal ocs accidentally go after their project is deleted, its supposed to be a place INBETWEEN PROJECTS, not entirely limbo(actually ngl it is).
