this is that ambitious project i was talking about btw very very early phase of the game, not representative of the final product!!! - controls - WASD to move Number keys to select items Click on trees with the stick to break them (not very logical but it is what it is for now) E to open/close inventory btw if you decide to mod this, uhhh good luck my code isn't exactly the most approachable latest stage of progression right now: defeating samurai UPDATE LOG: v0.0.7.5 added cheat mode! you can spawn in any item you want using the menu in the bottom right. scroll using your scrolling wheel. v0.0.7.4 dumb little bugfix. just fixed the bug where dragging an item with your mouse down onto other slots made the items in them dissapear v0.0.7.3 samurai spawn item added. 8 stone + 4 gold bars, uses anvil v0.0.7.2 you can now FINALLY move items around in the inventory. goodbye messy inventories! v0.0.7.1 no noticeable gameplay changes, but the systems for detecting resources for crafting requirements and the resource usage in crafting have been greatly improved basically you can put the items for a single ingredient in different inventory slots (example: need 8 wood, 5 wood in first slot and 3 wood in second slot) and it still works instead of only checking a single one that has it v0.0.7 added blue, red, yellow and black slimes to the game with different spawns for each area, whcih required adding a dedicated system to picking npc spawns v0.0.6.1 fixed the bug with holding a swingable tool and clicking on an empty slot that caused the light of a thousand suns to flood the screen and a bit of other stuff -- UPDATE LOG GAP HERE, THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING -- v0.0.4.6 added in an orb that lets you go to the rock island and back (samurai got a new attack in his code too) v0.0.4.5 spawn area theme added and code integrity improved v0.0.4.4 practically no differences, only changes are in the game's code (from v0.0.4.1 to v0.0.4.4) v0.0.4 no more ugly variables, nice gui added for inventory and crafting. v0.0.3 you can now hold out the torch and workbench. workbench can be placed anywhere you want so long as you're close enough. also slimes have a working health system and don't say "oh no i am dead" and disappear anymore when hit v0.0.2 crafting has been added, or, well, has its basic structure done. two recipes, one has multiple ingredients. v0.0.1 worldbuilder from tower creator but it was only a few hours into development and had practically no content but i still wanted to post it because i thought it'd be pretty cool
