Tensions grow between the Union of the Great Lakes and the Republic of the East Coast. In Cascadia, the Eastern Rockies, feeling neglected by the Union due to poor economic development, virtually no federal funding, and allocation of resources west, rebel, demanding independence. Down south, Georgia ended up winning the war, Mississippi and Alabama united to form Alassissippi, and Louisiana and Arkansas formed the United States of the Mississippi. They all form a coalition against Florida, wanting coastal access to the Gulf of Mexico.
Florida has existed for long enough, time to balkanize.
