❀ Hiatus :'] ❀ -- Hey everyone! I believe I've already posted this in the Hoof Prints main studio, but I'm probably going to be on hiatus for a bit! I'm not quite sure how long I'll be gone, but I do know that it's going to be for more than a few days. I'm starting out the last quarter of the school year which means the year is coming closer to an end, which means big tests and unfortunately finals. I only have about two months until summer break which is really exciting, but I'd just like to give everyone a heads up that my summer is also pretty busy so don't expect too much more activity than over the school year! It's also officially the start of long course in swimming, which means that I'll really have to focus on upcoming meets to get back in the long course zone! I'd really like to make it to districts again since I'm aging up and that's really somewhere I want to be. However, this also means that I'll have to spend less time behind a screen if I'd like to balance my time for homework, swimming, and keeping my mental health in check. Additionally, I really want to focus on my riding! I'm finally in a pretty good spot again after my 11 months out of the saddle and having to completely start over. I feel like I belong and I think I've found the perfect lesson horse who I'll be riding the next few weeks to keep rebuilding my confidence and re-learn all the skills I lost. As stated above I'm not really quite sure how long I'll be gone, although I'll probably be active again after spring break which is the first week of April for me! I know I'll definitely be back before my upcoming birthday on May 1st, I wouldn't miss celebrating with you guys for anything <3 And of course I'll still be popping in to see what's going on and maybe make a few purchases, as well as to chat.
