*READ INSTRUCTIONS DOWN BELOW* Hey guys! So, I'm making a lil animation right now, and was hoping that some of you talented VAs out there would be interested in pitching your vocal talents for said animation. In order to do so properly however, here's whatcha need to do first. 1. Check inside the project for character roles & place your audition as a remix. 2. Observe each character's voicelines & the way each specific VA voices the character of your preferred choice. 3. Record some sample lines (thinking about 5 or 6 should do) and make sure they come w/ the remix of the project (no specific lines needed, so just adlib it to your heart's content dude. And no voice filters needed lol). 4. Share your remix & I'll be sure to check it out! So other than that, there's nothing much else to it. Say what you want (family friendly ofc), & just remember to keep the spirit of your character intact to the best of your ability. And most importantly, just try to have fun! It's one of the best things of doing character impressions imo. Welp, good luck everyone, and can't wait to hear what yall put in :D
*IMPORTANT* - Forgot to mention above, but two things. Numero UNO: Make sure you have at least a good quality microphone when recording (not that I won't select you if you don't, but those w/ one may have a higher chance of getting roles). Numero DOS: Make sure you can do a good crash-out voice. This means that along with your character role, you will be required to have a good yelling voice/battle-cry roaring voice if you get selected, as this animation will contain certain scenes that require of this. Okie done rambling now. Music: Prime Time (Studiopolis Zone Act 2) - Sonic Mania #all #art #animation
