Because there was a 6 month time skip between Dino and cosmic fury and at the beginning of cosmic fury we can assume santaura was about 6 months pregnant and by the end of cosmic fury she had given birth and I am pretty sure that the time between the beginning of cosmic and the end of cosmic is maybe 1-2 weeks because if it was longer I zedd would have completely conquered earth and most likely have destroyed the power sources of most ranger teams if not all so there santarau would have only been maybe 7 months pregnant by the end of cosmic fury and she had given birth
