the Mexican rebels counquer some new land,and as they now border Oklahoma on two side,they open(with permission by the Oklahoman goverment) a weapon path going from occupied zones in the north,to Oklahoma,to occupied zones in the south,however they cannot enter civilian areas(they follow this rule),this makes the loyalist Mexicans angry and they declare war on Oklahoma,they were expecting a swift win,but they only occupied the panhandle(and some other areas in the rest of Oklahoma)restiance is high and Mexican rebels occasionally help oklahomans win battles
