The last few months of school have been really stressful, I actually still have a mountain of HW after this.. TvT. Anyway, I hope this helps! <3 [Use arrow keys, WASD, or click to move] 1. I start with simple blush. I usually make it more intense near the cheeks. Keep in mind: if the character is pale, use less. (Note: if they are sick, it might be very faint or very bright if they have a fever!) Shadows: Block in some simple dark tones in the shaded areas. No real secret here—just do what feels right! 2. Add some orange tones near the eyelids and under the eyes. 3: Add faint blue-ish shading over the shadows you blocked in earlier. I recommend using the airbrush for this :) 4: Add a bright pink edge near the ends of your shadows. 5: Add some purple blocky shading in random spots. Again, just follow your gut! Cleanup: Add final details and clean up any messy lines. You're done! BONUS: For those who voted for hair shading, this is the color theory sheet I use when rendering hair! thanks for viewing this tutorial! if u liked it, consider following me and liking this project :) tags: #art #procreate #tutorial #rendering #colortheory #colors ayyy u found my secret hiding spot :D
