Move your mouse around to move Carti the shark and try to catch the fish to get points. If you eat 2 fish in under 1 second you burp which can harm you and remove a point. Using your teeth to catch the fish gives you 1 point and using your tail gives you 2 points. I might add a hunger and health system, where if you don't catch a fish within 15 seconds, you get too hungry and lose a life (you'll have two lives because his butterfly wings give him a bit of a weakness).
