Alrighty then- let's get into it!! <3 First of all, I am not here to harass anyone's Greek Mythology Solarballs AU, BUT, I came to clarify a few things. 1. Let's talk The Sun, Helios, if you will actually had around 14 lovers and one of which was SELENE. So... Luna is involved, you cannot avoid it 2. Vulcan! Whoo!! Alright, he's actually pretty important. So, Vulcan is married to Venus in Greek Mythology, when Venus was caught having an affair with Mars. That's how you can get RID OF VULCAN. Also, erm, Helios knew about the affair too. 3. Mercury was down right BUSY, with a whopping 34 lovers, whoo!! Not the biggest number we'll get but hold on now. Mercury has had several affairs with other goddesses INCLUDING Venus. ;3 4. Talking about Venus, he actually winds up with 12 lovers, less than Helios but not the lowest out there. As I mentioned, Venus has had his fair share of affairs in the Solar System. First of all, he's married to Vulcan. Second, he has an affair with Mars. Third, is the affair with NEPTUNE. Fourth and finally, Jupiter actually went after Venus in mythology, have fun with that one. 5. Next is Earth, and he actually came out to only 9 lovers. Most of his love life generally consists of Caelus, but he also spent time with Neptune once again. 6. Luna is pretty quiet with a grand total of 3 lovers. One of which being Helios!! Luna is depicted as a Titan Child of Earth, and so Earth treats Luna as his child. 7. MARS HAHA, his lover count is 26! Bet you didn't see that coming. At least it's not as much as Mercury I guess. 8. Jupiter. We all love to make fun of how he behaves *cough* (not) *cough* in Mythology. This lands him with 58 lovers, including his biggest moons, yes, you read that right. Not even his moons were spared. 9. Saturn was notoriously hated in Mythology and the hate train will continue here. There isn't much of note about him though besides the fact he has a low infidelity rate of 2 lovers! Wow, for a guy that gets overthrown, he wasn't much of a cheater. 10. Caelus, as we know, was mostly focused on Earth. I mean that. Caelus only took 1 lover, that lover being Earth. Wild stuff y'know. 11. Neptune has the highest lover count on the chart (bet you didn't see that one coming) with a staggering 77 on the old list. As you can see here on the Thumbnail, it's Neptune! I am currently working on some Earth x Neptune x Venus art at the moment!! 12. Planet X cannot be forgotten and the God we will be using for him today is Nyx. Goddess of Darkness. Like Saturn, he only comes out to only two lovers. 13. And of course we can't forget Iris. Iris is the female Greek Messenger and the Goddess of Rainbows. So... yeah. Turns out she ain't too popular with one lover to be accounted for. Iris and Caelus were a little underwhelming but Neptune was a shock ;3
