His parents, Mime and Jester, were two circuscats that were there since their twolegs chose to start the circus. At some point, they had Clown and Acrobat, who helped out once they were old enough. The same happened with Carnival and Circus, who were the second litter and joined once they became 12 moons old. By then, the circus had things like dogs and other animals. It was pretty established and popular, and the twolegs decided to add a fire act. Carnival was chosen and did pretty well in the job. However, there was an incident where a viewer threw something and caught xem off guard, causing xeir right ear to be badly burned. After that experience, xe chose to escape from the circus (20 moons at this time). Xe lived good on xeir own, already being very agile and picking up hunting easily. By the time xe was 24 moons, xe found a place in the clan. By 31, xe was the deputy for a leader nearing the end of xeir life. At 38, tragedy struck and xe became the new leader.
