"Let them live, but make them unable to live their life." -Blue Scientist This Animation takes place in an Alternate Universe of the Red Rain Series in where during EP4 the Blues Invaded Exec's Base and killed her and X-TREME (or destroyed X-TREME), and took back the Tarnished Units (as well as Tarnished Paintball, Baller, and Fusion, Exec's own Units) and made the Apex Tarnished Units themselves. (the Apex Tarnished Units in the Main Timeline were created by Exec with the Tarnished Units' Own Decision and Persuasion to her)
