Hello, the story has completely finished all the pages we had to skip through and all of the setbacks but we still pushed ahead. The Great Monke Gang is a movement not a nation, it's something that I hope will have a lasting impact on scratch and on its people for the community that we have and run. I am EXTREMELY happy and glad that the gang meant the same amount, to the people as it did to me. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. This is a message that I decided to write on March 24, 2026 in regards to my retirement. Sharing this project means that I am finally leaving scratch and deciding to retire to go and do bigger things since we are all growing. If I wanted long enough I would probably be about 15 years old but I released this on the last day of school before summer because I wanted this to be my last year on scratch. I have been on scratch for many years about 6 years and I have created only 3 nations in that time. Their names were The Soviet 12, The Republic Of Scratch and of course my beloved Great Monke Gang that was made twice for those who don't know. This may be of surprise to many but yes I am @KINGdamian12 I decided to retire that account and become me-well @emperor-monki and I'm not really @therulerofmonkeys nephew he was a good friend of mine 4 years ago when the Soviet 12th was still up . I left scratch for a really long time because I thought that I didn't like it anymore but I was wrong I began missing scratch and because I didn't have much to do I started The Republic Of Scratch but it didn't work and I tried to start the Soviet 12 up again but I decided to retire the Soviet 12th and retired that account completely to become the leader of The Great Monke Gang. We are getting near the end because today I wrote this on March 26, 2026 after hitting #1 on trending and I just finished the project to commemorate our success and it's currently 10:12. I want to give a big shout-out to the one who helped getting the GMG started in the first place he never got a serious thank you and that's something he deserves he was the first person to join the GMG and the first person that I trusted to help run it with me. he influenced most of the ways that I organize my stuff to be aware with the people of the gang and the ways that I interact with other nation because I was a different person before I started the second GMG, remember the GMG was getting known in the first place because we a raiding regime that believed in taking land from others but after and helped negotiate peace when we were at risk at being attacked by like 6 different nations and its crazy because we were a smaller regime back then not a nation. but now the gmg is probably bigger than half of those countries that wanted to attack and now the GMG is a force to reckon with. But because I am leaving I am not going to retire the GMG moreover I will be handing it over to or because I think that they will be a good fit for the position and I believe that the shoe does fit and that they're right for the job and in continuing mine and my friends legacy. Also thank you so much to everyone who followed the gmg and helped it become so big of a group and helping me achieve the goal I set out to hit which was 200 or 300 followers on the gmg. You were the first cabinet of the GMG, cabinent of fb when he was made vice president. then you came in and helped us in ways that no one else has. You helped successfully negotiate peace when we were at danger, risk of going to war with 6 nations. (with the assistance of fb). Also I want you to know that I forgive you for the decision I had time to think and I realize why you did what you did and I forgive you for it sir, Thank you for everything. @fb591409 thank you sir..for everything you helped get the GMG started and are half of the reason why we are what we are. You were the first vice president and you were there when we first hit 100. thank you sir. @neutronpowersub a good friend of mine since we met, someone who was always willing to lend out a helping hand when it was needed and was always willing to fight on the side of the GMG. thank you, you were one of the best allies. @gamertamer7 When me and you first met I hated your guts because of the situation that we were in and for their circumstances. I am grateful to you as well sir for allowing the GMG to become part of the UNS when we were considered a threat, and for always willing to fight on our side for being a good leader and for helping us throughout everything. @Orange_171 Thank you to you sir for all the assistance that you gave us and for helping us enter a new era of the gmg. You allowed us to adopt your currency RID and make it a part of the gmg. I thank you for helping us revolutionize the gmg. @kal101 / @kalternate thank you my friend for everything for the maps and the art to the support, to even your plans on how to save RID. Everything that you have done for the gang. I've known you for 6 years on scratch now and I was gone for many of those years and when I returned on this account the friendship was still there. I feel like we are lifelong friends because I've known you for so much of my life. For all the missions and for risking your account for me and for the GMG thank you for your loyalty to the gang and for all completing all the missions that we needed you too do. Thank you for being the person that you are and for always being on our side for defending my name even when I'm not in the room. Though we never met i consider you one of my best friends because of your loyalty to me sir. Its sad to go because I will miss you dearly my friend, since I met you you've been kind and willing to hear me and I will be forever indebted to your for that. I hope you know that I support you throughout all you endeavours and I'm happy to see what you will do with our nation of the gmg. I know that under your leadership its potential to grow is double of what it is under my leadership. Thank you my friend.
