Link's POV: After Riju's presentation in the early morning I couldn't help but to think that we're overestimating our chances of winning. Though we're safe, yesterday was so chaotic it just feels hard to believe we actually are doing well. I hurried to the nearest balcony to investigate a book I found right after breakfast. The cover had a picture of a giant demon standing in front of four smaller demons. It might have some important information in it. I threw open the door to the balcony and sat down at a table to read. I read the first few pages quietly to myself, "Long ago the world was in danger. Trillions of demons tore up every living thing they saw. There was so many demons, it was impossible to defeat them all. So an ancient warrior sacrificed himself to combine the demons into one deadly beast. Though it was strong the humans outnumbered the beast, as it was only one thing, and they captured it inside a piece of rubble. They hid it at the bottom of a lake, but over time mountains rose from the lakes carrying the piece of rubble with it. It was said to have tumbled down the side into an unknown location yet to be discovered."
