This district's color is green. This district is the main source of fish. These fish are mass-bred and exported to other districts [unlike d2] As usual, the water and furthermore fish are incredibly polluted. The main three types of fish here [and furthermore, anywhere] are Clavh, Isal and Horu. Also the Leviathan, but that is not treated as a normal fish.. This is the only district where it's common to know how to swim- it makes up a good part of their lives. People here also have a craving for adventure and chaos- fast speech is common here, alongside constant 'quests'. In the center of the district is a massive lake of blood. It's said to be run-off from D6's 'graveyards', if you can call it that anymore. Do not touch the blood, that is never a good idea. However, there are fish in it! They seem to grow incredibly large from whatever is in the substance. Wonder why that is.. Also in the blood is the Leviathan! There's more info on it in the species project. Leviathan-hunting is rather common here, yet people who go are not always known to come back, and never have with a catch.
