This is an incredibly simple neural network I have made, it doesn't really classify as a neural network because it doesn't have layers of neurons just a large group of them, however I do plan to add layers to this. So while it is not technically a neural network it does learn from its mistakes with a rewards system.
They get random bias each time you press the green flag so it will sometimes be incredibly dumb and start spinning, it will probably learn eventually... probably. uuuuh, I kinda broke this, it breaks the speed force now, I added layers and technically it still works, it just moves incredibly fast.
