TV guy thing. Can forcibly show stuff on their screen but it usually shows an image that depicts how they're feeling. The plug cable is a sort of arm, with the plug as the hand. If detatched, the cable will slither around like a snake and try to re-attatch itself to the TV.
Haven't thought of a name yet. Probably best to leave this guy to a later chapter if they get in, considering you're at 70% for chapter 3.
