Catfish + cat. [Rambling] I was rlly bored nd forgot my other OCS so I made a new guy. He needs a name probably sum with k, r, or i. I made this with a touch pad idk how, maybe muscle memory from two years ago. A lot of versions of him bc Im unsure. [Desc.] Blue cat with a catfish tail and whiskers. Positives - Neutrals - Negatives - [Misc. Notes] - Whiskers not opt but the fins are opt - Ears pin flat against head when underwater to prevent water seeping into the ears - He has gills they just covered up cuz his fluffy tummy fur, when he's out of water the gills are (almost) completely visible - He can sort of breathe out of water.
