For TD games. Fires a set of 3 shots 10 times, then reloads for 2 seconds. Can be upgraded to reload faster, fire longer, and have faster bullets.
topLevel shortens the wait by dividing 2 seconds by its level. middleLevel multiplies 10 by its value to determine how fast the bullets travel. They go away a tenth of a second after reaching the right edge of the project screen. bottomLevel multiplies itself by 2 and adds that to 10. This is how many times the tower fires before reloading.
