Backstory/Lore: Phase was a guardian of the moon along with the future and possibility. For eons, they had carefully watched over the moon and its phases, and controlled the tides. They kept the balance, never stopping to wonder if there was more to life. Until a streak of firing rock crashed into the moon, bringing something new. A mortal. Phase found them strange but was intrigued by their cheerful and reckless personality. They wondered how a mere mortal could be so happy. As they spent more time with the new creature, they found themselves wondering if there was more to life. They wished to explore, to truly LIVE and experience the wonders and terrors of the world alike. But abandoning their duty would disrupt the fragile balance that the guardians maintained. Phase was faced with a dilemma: desire or duty? After all, they were responsible for the lives that dwelled on the planet their moon orbited. Which was more important to them? They eventually decided to disguise themselves as a mortal to experience life for themselves. However, the lack of the guardian of the moon and future threw the world into unbalance. The rest of the guardians noticed and sent people out with one task: hunt down the disgraced moon guardian.
