This project gives you an easy way to understand and see what a polyrhythm is. A polyrhythm happens when two different repeating beats play at the same time, and they don’t line up evenly—but they still fit together in a really satisfying way. How to Use This Polyrhythm Visualizer 1. Pick your rhythms: Enter two numbers (like 3 and 2) to create your polyrhythm. 2. Set the tempo: Adjust how fast the beats move. 3. Watch and listen: Each rhythm is shown as a rotating polygon. Every time a corner touches the marker at the top, that rhythm “hits.” Watching how the corners line up (or don’t) helps you see the polyrhythm. 4. Try new combos: Experiment with anything you like — 4 vs 7, 5 vs 9, or any pair of numbers. 5. Explore the pattern: Notice how the beats drift apart and meet again in repeating cycles.
I think this was inspired by some YouTube video that I watched a long time ago. All code by @CodeCooker321.
