ever since the united socialist commonwealth existed, the dominion refused to talk with them (even if the USCW was not even kurslav). to reboost diplomatic relations with the historic ally, ivan sergeyevitch has offered the dominion to talk with the diplomat Yuliya Nickolayevna of the united reclamation front of kurslavia. the hope is that kurslavia and the dominion can work together once again in this post ww7 world. man idk else to add, since this is not a war project though i can stop here.
