Link’s POV: What was I doing? Leaping blindly off a balcony. I was going to die. But even if I didn't jump, someone would die anyway. I reached out my hand trying to grab Zelda’s but my hand was shaking so rapidly I couldn’t focus on one thing. “ZELDA!!” The longer I stayed in the air the faster I fell. “ZELDA!!!” Finally I grabbed her wrist and threw her a few feet into the sky, because we were only feet above the ground, the impact wouldn’t hurt. For me it would though. Suddenly I saw a blurry white dart towards me and Zelda and grab us in its small talons, Tulin. He released us onto the ground. “Tulin how did you get-” I began but was interrupted by a demon that grabbed my leg and screamed viciously in my ear. “Link look out!!” Riju yelled, swinging her sword violently at the demon holding my leg. I broke free of its grasp and ran. Demons were everywhere: Climbing on traffic lights, breaking the glass of abandoned cars, swarming the streets. I was so lucky the demons hadn’t dropped any purple ooze on me, because just a single drop could infect you.
