I: the NCS annexes Macedonia due to high Greek Population. II: Bulgaria maintains its independence. III: For the attempted seizure of north Africa by Italy, the border will move until Tripoli. IV: the NCS will pay damages to Azovu for the nuclear radiation (not sure how considering they're in a civil war). V: Frankean Installed Peacekeeping guards on the Italian-Cypriot border in Africa and the Cypriot-Bulgarian border in Europe.
