Seizures in cats can be generalized (full body) or focal (limited to a specific area). Convulsions & Spasms: Rigid limbs, paddling movements, or intense muscle twitching. Behavioral Changes: Sudden, inexplicable running, attacking invisible objects, frantic vocalization, or fearful behavior. Autonomic Signs: Excessive salivation, foaming at the mouth, vomiting, or loss of bladder/bowel control. Post-ictal Phase: After a seizure, cats may appear dazed, blind, temporarily paralyzed, or excessively hungry.
