Esper users were turned into plasma and then it was made using it for energy. The culprit was Plasma Droid Static, and he was approved for deletion. Adrian and Athena who were a combo back then, were in charge of the case. And that's not all. A scar in their hearts probably still remains. Archie then explained the story. Back then, they didn't have Galactic Suits. Them two fell into a trap, and were captured. Just then, GalacticBlue has appeared. Amanda thought it was her, but it wasn't. It was Shalya Snow Leopard, the first GalacticBlue candidate. At the end of the flashback, they thought they've destroyed Static, but he was still alive. As for Shalya, she survived, but she injured her leg, and had to retire from active duty with the Galactic Police. And some time after that, she disappeared, and they couldn't even contact her. The two of them feel responsible for destroying Shalya's future. Amanda heads to the location to hear Adrian and Athena's conversation about Shalya and Static. Meanwhile, Agent BrendaWing will need a huge amount of supplies of plasma energy before her ultimate project takes place, but Static doesn't have the materials. Then BrendaWing has a trick on her sleeve. With the filter tank equipped, Static can turn even ordinary life forms into plasma energy. If you wish to appear in this project, you can do.
