Now having cut off the stars and turning New CrystalClan into something that resembled more cult than clan, nowadays it's tough to ever think that they were anything close to benevolent. Of course, that isn't how they portray themself externally. To everyone else in their clan, Moth is a philanthropic and alluring cat, always offering space in the clan to rogues without a home or runaways from MothClan. They still sermonize on the teachings of 'the stars Herself' and preach themself as a representative of Coalstar, essentially making their word the word of a cat that the clan sees as analogous to god. As previously indicated though, Moth remains a power-hungry cat. They're no stranger to manipulation, and they have no fear of snapping on cats who disobey them or even question the clan's ideologies.
