While that doesn't stop him from trying his best to help others when he can and his attempts to appear as an altruistic figure, his reputation for seeming impolite and intimidating stature seldom helps this image he tries to project. Despite being brought up in what was essentially the warrior cats equivalent of an apocalypse, Solarpounce is a fairly mature cat all things considered. He's a fair diplomat and when handling situations, he likes to adopt a 'devil's advocate' type of mentality, all the while trying not to give the unjust party too much leeway. With all this said, he still has flaws, just as any other cat would. This mainly concerns his tendency to deflect blame when put onto himself. Solarpounce can often have a hard time taking responsibility for his own actions, and while he doesn't project his own wrongs onto others, it isn't uncommon for him to deny that an action of his was amiss in the first place.
