(character backstory!!) Hitotsuki (he-toe-key) means Sun and Moon in Japanese. Basically Hitotsuki is the sun, Moon, and stars conscious. See the sun (Hikaru) wanted to be the brightest, in doing so he k1lled his and Moon's (Tsukiko) creator ( shin, or the Galaxy) and ate them to gain their power, thus making Hikaru very powerful. Because of this Hikaru make internal day, this caused corruption of some peoples minds, (this affects the other oc!!) thus creating hate (or Fin, the other oc) in the world. But in doing this Hikaru was slowly k1lling Tsukiko, Hikaru didn't want that to happen and so he fused himself with Tsukiko. Which made him MORE POWERFUL. The stars saw this and fused themselves to create the star child or Hoshiko, who mixed himself with the Lunar siblings, making Hitotsuki. Hitotsuki fell to earth and became a godly-mortal (just a god who is trapped as a mortal), except the stars. sun, and Moon is still in the sky because it was just their conscious that fell. The patch (the weird Moon with the eye) changes to the time of day, it also moves to cover either Hikaru or Tsukiko eye, showing who is awake. Oh and Hoshiko can see the past and future!
