I dont think anyone HAS to join/ become a staff, but there are perks, you can become a high role (such as leader or med cat), you can help other people, and most importantly you can create litters!!! (we are switching over to a litter-based system, once we get enough staff). Furthermore, i really want to continue the legacy that the old owner left and i need help to do that.
