[labeled buttons, click/space/arrows to progress] ⚠PLEASE READ⚠ GUYS I DID A THING I was thinking about ref sheets, and OCs, and yada yada, and I figured I'd just make a base instead of struggling with layouts every time. SO I DID!!! I want to be SUPER CLEAR about how you are allowed to use this base. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use any of the example figure drawings as bases. They are there to show you how I expected each box to be utilized. If I ever make a base I will link it for you to use. The only part of this project to be taken or traced are the blank sheets. (also credit me for the layout if you would) Speaking of; I know that "basic gray" isn't everyone's preferred color palatte, so to make this easier to customize, I separated it out into layers! you can grab them by backpacking/exporting the costumes from the "layers" sprite inside the project. (please don't take anything else <3) I made this because I've always done a lot better filling out a character sheet than just trying to design each ref individually. That said, I've also always found the provided boxes kinda arbitrary so I wanted to make my own! I used KazzantiChaos (on DA)'s character reference sheet base as sort of a jumping off point, then sketched and expanded from there. Page 1 is more design elements, while page 2 is more personal stuff. I included a box for mouth details as well as eyes, and one for alternate forms. Obviously not every OC has these but I wanted to cover all my bases. The "pattern" boxes are for scars as well! Page 2 has your basic info, plus some extra space for you to fill with specifics (species, title, personality type, body shape, any other labels, etc). The personality section of most reference bases never really worked for me, so I settled on just two prompts; Adjectives and Skills. "Adjectives" is closer to your average personality traits section, but less restrictive. (at least I think so). There's a box for flags, and the D&D stats at the bottom. I think they're good to include. and I included a bonus section for y'all! Yay! Don't feel required to use any of these boxes as I did; go wild! These choices just felt like best way to be both comprehensive and also not be the most massive reference ever. I'm likely to make a second version of page one with a layout more suited for feral characters, so if you all want that It's probably on the way. Ok! have fun!!! (and let me know if you use this! I would love to see y'alls characters!!!) Art, character, layout, and code by
