Well.. what do I even say, Loki is officially the first horse to break out of my pastures AND HE'S NOT EVEN FULLY GROWN. I found out that he had run away because the other colts were riled up and whinnying, which, especially for Apollo is NOT normal. Of course being an opportunist Atlas was like "yoooo I should leave too!" but luckily he's super easy to catch because he's so lovey. I caught both of the other boys but Loki was nowhere to be seen. At this point I decided I would tack up my trusty steed Monty to go looking for the little rascal. As we rode through the land at GA I decided that I should ride towards the most interesting place I could think of, the new XC course. While we headed that way I heard some distressed quacking so I directed Monty that way. Of course Loki was messing around near the jumps so I tossed a halter on and led him to the newly created bad boy jail (aka roundpen) where he will pay for his crimes (wait until the fence is fixed and learn his lesson)
