This is my newest oc Quinn. I made her for a comic my friends and I are making. Her ability is like to control the cells of any living thing she is touching, so she can mutate them and heal wounds and stuff. Inspired by like bird skulls + plague doctors also slightly vampiric vibes oh she's also in the mafia.
