I've had the idea to make a cloud variable Morse telegraphy system on Scratch before, many years ago. This is essentially a remake of that older idea with what should be a much less intensive and accurate system. Due to cloud variable latency, you will have to key fairly slowly to avoid erroneous transmissions. These kinds of errors could be reduced, maybe, if instead of sending direct transmissions, the lengths and spacings of presses over a period of time (3-5 seconds) were encoded and sent. This would make the telegraph have quite a delay, but would ensure the details in timing aren't lost.
