Cost: Do his quests. Speed: 13.5/28 Health: 140 Stamina: 140 Abilities Axe swing: Fourteen will summon his trust axe, and swing towards the hunter. If hit, he'll stun them for 14 seconds. If not, he will get slowness II for ten seconds and dizziness I for 40 seconds. Dizzy hit: If Fourteen has any infliction on dizziness, this ability will unlock. Using it will cause him to make a ruckus and hit blindly. Hitting a participant will cause them to take 10 damage and slowness I for 3 seconds. Hitting a hunter will cause them to be stunned for 4 seconds, and have slowness IV for 2 seconds after being stunned. If missed, he will gain dizziness III for 50 seconds. The stronger his dizziness, the stronger the stun (Up to 50% each infliction level.) Passive I: One step closer... Fourteen is much faster than the survivors, but has less HP. Passive II (LMS Gimmick): BROTHERLY BOND. If Scratch-bot13 or Scratch-bot12 are in LMS with him, he will gain 40+ health, and become much faster. But Thirteen or Twelve will gain 25% more damage and 50+ stamina
