Ruffy plays his handbells and gives a long, happy howl with a "Yahoo!" because he is joyfully participating in the musical lesson, likely celebrating his turn to play or sharing his excitement with his classmates. As the fun-loving dog of the nursery, Ruffy often expresses his enthusiasm through energetic musical play and vocalizations.
