After years of preparations...dv finally expands. "we may have been forgotten, but after we are DONE, we won't ever be forgotten again they will all know our name when we are done"- john the sixth (new leader of dv) Basically dv just sends ships to occupy these systems and then begin mining,creating defences and cities. Increased military activity near the bastion, reports of millions perhaps billions of troopers are training,staying,etc. also da/di try to expand to the new meurth system but fail due to whatever lore reason to why we can't take them.
