I have made the difficult decision to leave Scarch after giving it a great deal of thought and reflection. This was not a choice I made lightly, because my time here has been meaningful and has helped me grow in many ways. However, I have reached a point where I feel that moving on is the best step for my personal and academic development. I am looking for an environment that better aligns with my current goals, interests, and the direction I want to take in the future. Over time, I have realized that I need new challenges, different opportunities, and a setting that will push me further and allow me to explore my full potential. While I appreciate everything Scarch has offered me, including the experiences, lessons, and connections I have gained, I feel that I am ready for a change. Growth sometimes requires stepping out of what is familiar and comfortable, and I believe this transition will help me continue to improve and achieve more. I am especially looking for opportunities that will allow me to expand my skills, deepen my understanding in areas I am passionate about, and prepare me for future goals that I have set for myself. This decision is not a reflection of anything negative about Scarch, but rather a reflection of my own evolving needs and aspirations. I will always value the time I spent here and the impact it has had on me. However, I believe that moving forward and embracing new experiences is the right choice at this stage in my journey. I am excited about what lies ahead and confident that this change will help me grow both personally and academically.
