Megami Uchiha Senju, daughter of Tsunami Uchiha and Clay Senju. She has the appearance of an otsutsuki because of her unique heritage. Being born of both sides, she is extremely powerful. She can use earth release (Rock Shower), fire release (Thermal Flamethrower), lightning release (EMP Current), water release (Tidal River), wind release (Cyclonic Squall), yin release, yang release and yin-yang release. She can also use lava release (Volcanic Swamp), ice release (Seasonal Winter) and wood release (Deep Jungle Manifestation). She can use the sharingan and all of its abilities. She can also use the eternal mangekyo sharingan (Its appearance resembling a galaxy pinwheel). Her left mangekyo houses Mikaboshi, which allows her to generate black holes for various purposes. Her right mangekyo houses Minakanushi, which allows her to summon meteors and/or comets of various sizes. Having awakened the mangekyo in both eyes, she can also use susanoo (Which is black in color). Her susanoo wields a sun spear, a moon crossbow and an eclipse shield. Her susanoo also wields 3 kekkei mora: Sun release (Blazing light), Moon release (Crescent moon dance) and Eclipse release (Twilight Forest). She also wields the rinnegan in both of her eyes (She was born with hers, so her rinnegan is extremely powerful). With the rinnegan, she has access to the deva path (Controlling attractive and repulsive forces, planetary devastation), asura path (Mechanically altering her body), human path (Mind reading, extracting souls), animal path (Summoning powerful creatures), preta path (Absorbing chakra), naraka path (Access to the king of h3ll) and outer path (Black receivers, chakra chains, six paths pain, reviving the dead). She shares vision with the creatures of the naraka, animal and outer paths. She can also summon the demonic statue of the outer path and share its vision as well. Her left rinnegan houses Andeddo, which allows her to revive the deceased in a similar manner to the reanimation jutsu; the revived gain the usual benefits such as immortality, infinite chakra and their original abilities. However, andeddo also grants the revived a random dojutsu (Sharingan, byakugan, rinnegan, rinne-sharingan, etc). The more powerful the dojutsu is, the more rarer the chances are for a revived person to gain it. Like the reanimation jutsu, andeddo require sacrifices. However unlike the reanimation jutsu, andeddo maintains control over the reanimated at all times without the use of tags or anything like that. Her right rinnegan houses Tsukumogami, a space-time ninjutsu that allows her to teleport via portals. It works similar to kamui, but the portals are a lot bigger and can actually repel those that Megami doesn't want entering. Both of her rinnegan houses Samsara Illusion, a sort of genjutsu that makes a target relive moments of their life *Achievements, failures, regrets, happy moment, you name it*. This genjutsu manipulates every sense, but even manipulates a target's spiritual energy, making it so convincing that it actually seems real to the target. She can cast it at long range and even off of reflective surfaces such as mirrors. She also has access to truth seeker orbs as well as senjutsu. The spikes on her back act like signals, transmitting chakra and forming extra limbs via the purple fire that's on them. She can also fly as well. She also has a passive regeneration ability that allows her to heal from any injury. Because of this, she's basically immortal. She can also use medical ninjutsu as well. With her rinnegan, she can also see invisible stuff and easily master any jutsu. Like Hagoromo, Megami can use the creation of all things jutsu. Since Megami's rinnegan is natural born (She was born with it), they are much more powerful than your usual rinnegan.
