The ECRO entity files serve as the ultimate encyclopedia for information of the many entities we have contained throughout hundreds of years of service. - TERMINOLOGY - - GENERAL - Item #: The item number that an entity will be designated with upon initial containment. Threat Class: Serves as a scale of how dangerous the entity would be based on its behavior and the abilities it possesses. Entity Genus: Used to group families of entities together. Entity classification via entity genera is very convoluted and cannot be explained. Scientific Name: Self explanatory - ENTITY THREAT CLASSES - Safe: The entity is safe Minor: The entity is a threat, but not that dangerous to be considered a "Major" class entity Major: The entity is a dangerous threat to humanity Ursa: A term used if the entity is at the peak of its designated threat class (e.g. Ursa Major, Ursa Minor) - SPECIAL ENTITY THREAT CLASSES - (Most of these names are placeholders and will be replaced in the future) Apollyon: The entity is far too dangerous for Ursa Major and cannot be contained Archon: The entity cannot be contained due to consequences that could affect the existence of humanity Panopticon: The entity is safe and is beneficial to humanity and the organization Persephone: The entity is far too dangerous for Ursa Major, yet can still be contained Ticonderoga: The entity cannot be contained, but does not have to be contained
