Role Descriptions 1. Recruitment & Inviting Your goal is to grow our numbers! You’ll scout active Scratchers on the Explore page and invite them to join. Focus on users with "open invites" on their profiles to ensure a high success rate. By consistently bringing in new curators and followers, you provide the "fuel" the studio needs to climb the Trending stats. Help us build a massive, active community! 2. Ideas & Building You are the creative spark! You’ll suggest weekly themes, coding challenges, and project prompts to keep curators inspired. 3. Advertising & Production You’re the hype machine! You will spread the word by requesting shoutouts and engaging in the comment section to keep activity bubbling. Your focus is on "outside-in" traffic—getting people who aren’t in the studio to visit, click, and follow so we can hit the front page. 4. Curator Satisfaction You keep the heart of the studio beating! You’ll welcome new members, answer questions, and make sure everyone feels valued. Your role includes "Recognition" (highlighting top creators). By keeping our current members happy and active, you ensure a low leave rate and a loyal, hardworking team.
