Hi guys! As you know, it’s 2026 (I hope you know that) which means I will be making new refs for my characters because gosh those old ones were terrible *cringe*. So, here’s where we’re starting off. With my main oc Cea. If you want to make fan art, you can do so using this new ref! You can also use this as a template if you want to make your own reference sheet (for dragons) The other new refs won’t be too different from their previous counterparts but I decided to change Cea’s ref quite a bit because I have improved in my designing skills a lot since then! Old ref: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1203327258 Some notes on my changes: I decided to make the color palette duller and more retro-esc because I love that style and it’s calming in my opinion. Instead of Cea’s frill going all the way down Cea’s back, it now is just on Cea’s head/neck and the tail tip. I also changed the shape of it. Instead of having splotches all over Cea’s sides, I changed it to a pattern similar to gills but with a splotchy, multicolored tail tip. The bracelets on Cea’s back leg are the ones I wear irl. I’ve also been drawing that X symbol a lot lately and I feel like it means something to me but I can’t quite figure out what? So I put it on Cea’s chest. Design elements to keep in mind when drawing: -Angler fish like think on forehead -3 earrings on each side -light blue frill with yellow streaks - patches on cheeks and shoulders -patch on snout -bracelets -specially shaped X on chest Ummmmmmm, thats kind of all I have to say! I will make a new pfp soon btw. Byeeeee!
