These are just the icons of the SIX queens. Full body models will be coming soon! Facts about when I went to see SIX at Hollywood: - I still remember when I saw it: Thursday, March 5, 2026. Pretty funny how we saw it on International Women's History Month. - Prior to watching the show, I abstained from looking up any content related to SIX (aside from the official sites for Broadway in Hollywood and SIX) so I didn't get any spoilers. - When the queens walked on stage, my brain was imagining the "And now, here they are..." audio from "The Beatles - Live at the Hollywood Bowl". - I also came there to see if I can sample any songs for my "Oil Pastel" album which is still in the works. "Get Down" is going to be sampled in Track 9. - I find it interesting how the number of actresses and the number of songs listed on the Playbill were able to fit inside of a three-letter title. - I was hyped from beginning to end. I even tried to catch some of the queens' attention! - Literally before the show even started, an employee said they were going to play the show in "just under SIX minutes". I heard some of the crowd erupt "SIX SEVEN!!!", and that kind of got my hopes down, but I didn't let that completely ruin the experience for me. - When Catherine of Aragon was announcing that she would sing her song (No Way), the audience didn't know they were supposed to cheer for her. In the silence, she said "I don't look good in a whimper!" After her song, though, she got the cheers she deserved. - I was distracted mentally humming "Octopus's Garden" and the first few notes of "Alexander Hamilton" during "Heart of Stone" and "All You Want To Do", respectively. Because of this, I wasn't really paying attention to the lyrics. - "Wearing Yellow at a Funeral" is certainly my favorite moment of the show. At that moment, I saw why Anne Boleyn was the fan-favorite. - On stage, I could not understand about half of the words from "Haus of Holbein". When I listened to the cast album, though, the words became more intelligible. - A classmate of mine named Hans was laughing at the fact that Hans Holbein was described as a "German painter" (he was thinking of the other one, iykyk). From that day onward, I called him "Holbein". - When Katherine Howard finished "All You Want To Do", the crowd was cheering loudly, to the point when she gestured that they could stop, they still kept cheering for a few more seconds. Safe to say, she was pleased (especially after what she'd been through). - The cheers for Catherine Parr were the least loudest, probably because the music was not yet finished. Half the audience probably didn't know this show was being staged as a concert, and that they were trained to "only cheer when the music stops". - On the bus trip to Pantages, they were playing "Star Wars III: Revenge of the Sith". The chaperones told us to be quiet but the kids were still too excited. - When we got back, the bus temporarily broke down for about seven minutes, right when we were supposed to turn around to reach the school. - I literally forgot they quoted Spice Girls ;-; - From what I asked students after they saw the show, I concluded that the show was liked less by the boys than by the girls. Me, despite being a boy, had an absolute ball jamming out to the songs. I even clapped and danced along to the Megasix! - I GOT TO SEE THE HOLLYWOOD WALK OF FAME STAR OF LIN-MANUEL MIRANDA IN PERSON!!!!! (and the ones for Idina Menzel, Billy Joel, and Buster Keaton, too!) - SIX became my favorite musical next to Hamilton. - Before Catherine Parr started "I Don't Need Your Love", she asked the keyboardist for a "B minor 7".
