Ask your friends or family members to hang out or spend time together, ask your friends to sleep over. Give them hugs (if they feel comfortable with it), tell them you care about them, be nice when they’re upset instead of just saying “are you okay” and then moving on when they say they’re fine. They’re not fine. It’s physically not possible for them to say how they actually feel. Continuing to ask if they’re fine won’t help, just do whatever you can to make them feel better. Treat them like they matter and they will feel better. Tell them the good things they do. Tell them how important they are. It’s not too late now. Please show that you care about people you care about because they could be suffering from anxiety or depression or anything else and need help. Remix this so people see this.
