@-L3GEND- assets are confirmed to be usable by the Scratch Team. I emailed them a while ago asking if we were allowed to use his sprites from his RD PFP creator, despite him saying we can't. This is the Scratch Team's response. So continue using the assets if you like.
In case you can't read it because of the terrible quality, here's what it says: Hi, "Thanks for reaching out. Everything shared on Scratch is usable by all Scratchers as long as everything is properly credited. Users agree to this when signing up for an account. Thanks, Johnnie Scratch Team" Even if he reports us, projects shouldn't be taken down (assuming the Scratch team is telling the truth).
